We found a German cockroach nymph in the bathroom of our room on the second floor. We alerted the front desk, who handled the situation as well as they could, offering to swap us rooms and ensuring us it would be cleaned appropriately. We opted to leave and will not be back.

OK hotel

The staff here are very friendly. Stayed during renovation but was not disrupted by this at all. I do find the rooms very noisy though. The people above us were so very loud after midnight then again at 4am. We heard every time someone opened and closed their doors. Great location though.
