I would be happy If some amenities are not available once booking is confirmed please let the customer know that it under maintenance. We book specifically to this hotel to have hot tub and pool for kids and upon check in only to find out it is under maintenance until further notice. We ended up staying just to sleep instead of the fun activity we initially planned.

The pool was not working, neither was the hot tub. We didn’t know this until arrival. After some discussion the front clerk said she would refund us for the room and we could book somewhere else. Front clerk lady also charged us for two rooms and wouldn’t refund the one as it wasn’t in her system that we paid for it. I showed her it on my credit card and she told me to call in Monday or Tuesday, given that this was Saturday that’s quite a delay. So, wanted to stay here, ended up having to switch to a different hotel at 8:30 pm after an already very long day. Not going to be returning. And I still have to deal with getting my refund.
