Hi Jeffrey, Our restaurant staff do visit each floor throughout their shift to collect any room service trays that have been left outside guests doors. Please keep in mind that this occurs on the morning shift, anytime between 10:30 am -11:30 am. It is then carried out again with our PM shift, anytime between 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm. However, if trays have been put outside the guests doors anytime that is outside of these hours, the trays will not be collected until they do their rounds. Thank you,

Was able to get early access to the room. Staff listened to all my needs and all were granted. The morning buffet was excellent ! Great variety. Room wad spacious and clean.
