Room- clean but toilet would not flush (after we had told them) at 11:00 we had to pack up, go to the front desk and move to a different room. It was an upgrade we were not charged for of course but as elderly people this was not fun. ALSO the poster for the dining room said Breakfast Lunch Supper. They do NOT serve lunch. They advertise a false statement

I have never left a review but this hotel charged me for my service dog. By law, service providers are not allowed to ask for certification, what my disability is, or for identifying vests or tags …but they asked for all 3. I only stayed here to get a massage but of course there were no openings available. Since I’m never asked for these things I don’t carry them nor find it necessary.
