The kitchen was closed, the bar was serving warm beer and the bedroom was really cold. No one warned us in advance of any issues, which was frustrating. The staff are mostly young, and doing their best, but there was no sense of anyone taking responsibility. All of that might have been fine, if it had been much cheaper."
