Wonderful detached villa with garden and pool - 90 minutes from Rome

The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning, pool was drained, internet was down, and the weather was hot.
