Service was great. My first room the bed was broken and they switched me rooms immediately. The elevator was very slow we felt like we were gonna be stuck on it. My room was right by the elevator and it made banging noises all night.

Staff was helpful if you called, however property limited supplies and service without explaining this at check-in. Property is worn down and decor is mismatched. The halls and stairs are musty smelling. The room seems dirty and kind of dingy. Breakfast space was nice, food just ok. Parking is a nightmare. Super 8 is by all means a convenience hotel and not luxury; however this Super 8 doesn’t live up to the “clean, basics “ that we are used to with Super 8.
