"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람 들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"방음이 조금 안 되어서 시끄러웠던 거 빼고(히노끼 욕조 있는 바깥 말하는게 아니에요 바깥은 당연한거죠 복도쪽 소리가 엄청 들어와서 잘 때는 침대방 문 닫고 자야 해요. 가족으로 와서 이불깔고 거실에서 잤는데 소리가 넘 많이 울리더라고요) 정말 만족스 러운 숙소였어요. 특히 히노끼 욕조는 정말 너무너무 좋았어요. 가족들 모두 엄청 좋아했답니다."
