Dirty. Elevator floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Poorly maintained. Needs a new manager that actually cares about the property. Room was dirty. Hair in shower. So many areas with thick coat of dust. Breakfast greatly lacking. No milk for cereal, no fruit of any kind, no yogurt, no water. Girl running it was sweet. Front desk folks were nice but when checking out, girl was vaping. Tried to hide it but it was obvious. Never again.

The information on Expedia was incorrect about the room I reserved. When bringing it to the staff attention, they still had to charge me in order to get a rollaway bed to sleep my family of 5. The two queen beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Typical Hampton hotel. Needed the hottub, but it wasn't running! Nothing on EXPEDIA said that! Breakfast choices are cold and no way to reheat! Poor lighting in roomand could have used another chair, instead of the bed!

The breakfast was horrible. The Clerk said something about truck drivers??? but the coffee was cold & limited, the cereal was missing, NO hot food, limited baked goods, there was very little to eat! The breakfast attendant was on her phone and did not refill anything!

Mediocre

Pros: very comfy beds and pillows, easily controlled temp, great shower/hot water. Cons: stairway fire exit doors did not close automatically and had to be manually pulled shut at both second floor stairways. Also needs maintenance. Moldy caulk around tub, slow draining sink, blinds difficult to pull, hall carpet with multiple bleach stains. Breakfast limited because shipment did not arrive but breakfast seemed pretty complete except no eggs (there’s a Walmart right next door…) I personally hate combined light/fan in bathroom (noisy for no reason if I am simply washing up or doing hair/makeup). Back area lighting could be better for taking dog out; no obvious pet waste disposal center.
