This hotel is horrible, the room was dirty, hole in the sheets under bed was dirty, plug in the bath tub was broken

We liked the hot tub in the room. Except for the fact that it leaked and got water all over the floor. Half of the towels looked like they belonged in a Motel 6 thin and not absorbent. The breakfast was unacceptable. Even with the covid the bag breakfast could have had more class. Capi juice is a kids drink. For $150.00 it was a poor value. We ill not stay there again. Light switches in the room not connected to anything. tiny ice buckets. etc

My friend and I were told that they didn't have a room for us, when we arrived, even though both of us had a reservation. We were told to drive to the next town 20 miles up the road to another hotel. In the end, we were able to work something out so that we could stay. However, our friends who also had reservations at the same hotel, had to stay in the next town. Also, I had requested a wake-up call, and did not receive one.

I can't understand what you're asking me. For some reason, the website is asking all the questions in Japanese. But for what we needed—a bed, a shower, and wi-fi, all at a reasonable price—the place was fine, and gave us everything we need. The front desk was especially helpful when we asked for binder clips to close the curtains all the way, since there was a little bit of a gap…

Location was good. It was quiet. Good water pressure. Looked well kept.... But..... Doors not secured. So anyone could walk into the building. Room not that clean... Ashes on nightstand. Drawers not clean. Toilet was not fully clean. Internet did not work..

The cost was less than others. We are actually writing the owners. 1. There was a soiled hand-towel poking out from under the bed skirt. 2. We made the hotel aware and they did not send anyone to remove it. 3. The next day the maid did not remove it.. We complained again and someone finally removed it 4. No eye contact with the desk staff (woman). She avoided after our complaints. 5. There were 2 brackets protruding from under the bed but still under the skirt. My girlfriend hit it hard with her ankle. 6. Multiple side doors that have "must use key to enter" were propped open with stones. I removed the stones but they were back morning and evening. I'll just stop there....
