The staff was beyond friendly! We were there when the earthquake hit and they went above and beyond checking to ensure we were ok and actually apologized for its occurrence! Crazy… it was not their fault!

The staff and Kitchen staff were very helpful and caring. They gave of their time to communicate with us. Considering they were hit hard by the floods just two week earlier, the whole place was very clean and well presented. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again if possible

We enjoyed our week here and were comfortable most of the time. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The marketing of this property makes it sound so much bigger and while that's not the case, we didn't feel like we'd been misled. Good location and access to all Chiang Mai has to offer.
