The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was so nice, very friendly. We just love That people and their culture. Shower pressure wasn't the best but we manage, happy to report AC was a blessing. I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 5 nights. Staff are very hospitable and caring, and a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well run. Rooms are spacious and serviced daily with everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. A few downsides are breakfast could offer more variety/choice, rooms are without balconies and you cannot open the windows, and the electrics/lights in the rooms are confusing to use. The pool area needs some TLC, and the location is some distance from the the old town, about 20 minutes in a taxi. Overall if you want to be near the Maya Shopping Mall the location is good but some distance from the town centre and it's attractions, weekend Walking Streets, Night Bizarre etc.

Amazing hotel

Amazing experience, hotel highly recommended. Not in the old town, but in an area close to bars and restaurants. 5 minutes taxi drive to the old town.

This was such an amazing property and the service here is 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here as it is clean, comfortable, convenient and very affordable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and worth the add-on as well!

Decent hotel however there’s no view from any of the windows and it’s kinda hidden behind another hotel. Other than that the hotel is fantastic, very clean and modern. It didn’t have a smart TV. The bed was also large and comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is absolutely amazing.! Big rooms, big beds and big bathrooms. You also get complimentary soft drinks and coffee pods and a mini fruit platter upon checking in. Highly recommend this place. Will be back again!

This resort is beautiful. The staff are so friendly, we were welcomed with a welcome drink and they offered us a late check out after checking in late. That is service I have never had before. The room was large and beautifully designed, there were a lot of elements we liked in the design. We had troubles figuring out all the light switches but we got it sorted in the end. The only complaint was that the pool was extremely cold. It needed to be a few degrees warmer to enjoy.
