The staff were friendly, breakfast was average but sufficient, room was large, and the location is very convenient. There are complementary mosquito repellent / bicycles at the front desk which makes the hotel feel very warm and welcoming. The only issue was the drainage venting into the washroom. I would rebook when I am in Chiang Mai next.

After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. It was an excellent stay because of the staff, all the staff working were genuinely wanting to make your stay the best it could be. They were kind, thoughtful but not intrusive. The bed was a bit hard for my liking however I would recommend and come back to stay time and time again because of the service we received.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet each morning that staff were happy to start a little earlier if you were up and out early in the morning. I stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience at this property, especially thanks to the fantastic staff. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room on the ground floor, but I requested a room on an upper floor. Even after settling into the original room, the manager returned within a couple of hours to move me to a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took the time to explain each local dish to guests, encouraging everyone to try them all. Their hospitality was exceptional! As for the location, it's perfect—right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance, including the Thapae Muay Thai arena and three out of the four most recommended temples. I just wish I could have stayed longer
