"The room was filthy. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. Couldn’t see the view outside due to dirty windows. Carpet in hallways had your shoes sticking to it. Upgraded from my usual spot and paid more for my 12 year anniversary and wish we hadn’t. Will not stay again."

The majestic island of Cebu, located east of Malaysia deep in the Philippine Sea, is a Philippine province home to the oldest city in the Philippines.
