Just beautiful! Newly built house with full kitchen and a view to die for! Safe cul-de-sac location were neighbors walk together each night. Blackout curtains for privacy and a good night's sleep. Dedicated office space with one of the fastest internet services offered in the US. Mountain adventures, famous river tours or great night life in downtown Chattanooga are just a few things you will love about our location. Every type of food known to man or stay home and cook in the full kitchen with all new appliances. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom with an area to sit, sip tea or coffee and enjoy the beautiful view from the bedroom window. There is also a great view of the mountains from the huge upstairs private deck. Additional beds can be found in the living with both queen and twin sleeper sofas. We also offer exercise equipment, hair dryer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, first aid kit, free off-street parking, TV, deck furniture, kitchen table, central heat and air-conditioning, remote-controlled fan in main bedroom, complimentary toiletries and washing supplies, etc. Beautiful landscaping with soft fescue grass just right for a sunset picnic. I am so pleased with my stay! Everything was so nice and fresh and clean. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable. I appreciate that they were respectful of my privacy but readily available if I needed anything. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again. I highly recommend this house to others looking to stay in or around Chattanooga and the owners are a delightful bonus.

The property was in a very quiet cul-de-sac. However, no mountain view, just the roofs of other houses. House was very clean upon our arrival. However, a few more "needed" items would be very useful and appreciative; such as maybe 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper; garbage can liners and or garbage bags. Also, maybe small coffee packets of coffee. It didn't make sense to have sugar packets on the counter with nothing to use it in. All in all a nice place for a quick stay!

Exactly what you want in your vrbo experience!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and it was so appreciated! They quickly responded to any of my questions about the area, suggestions on things to do in town, and even an item I needed. The rental itself was very cozy, clean, updated, and a very relaxing place to arrive to after a long roadtrip. Perfect and private place to stay. 10/10 reccomend! Thank you again!!

Place was new and clean. Convenient to the things we wanted to do. No unregistered guests were allowed. We have friends nearby. Not allowed to park in garage. Has stairs to climb if that is a game changer for future guests.

This property was exactly what I needed. I needed to be close to the airport for some training and being 8 minutes away it was perfect. Everything I needed was there. Washer/Dryer, kitchen, and even a desk area for my laptop. Spent my downtime studying so the quiet area was perfect. It has a great walk in shower and the entire property was sparkling clean when I got there. The property owner was great and made sure that I had everything I needed and the property was as expected. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Get Away

Property is just as described. It's a lovely and a very comfortable space. The bed was super comfortable. I am used to a king bed but this bed was not an issue. Great mattress, pillows and sheets. Extremely clean and the decor is perfect. The space is well maintained and has all of the comforts of home. They don't supply shower items so you will need to bring your own but they do have a hair dryer, all the needs for the kitchen (bring your own coffee for a normal brewer as it is not Keurig), they have an ironing board and iron should you need it and if you missed something you might need, there is a Dollar General about 1/2 mile away. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and close to most anything in the Chattanooga area. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn., The Zoo, the Railway and downtown. Really an ideal location. We will be back for sure.

The property is very cute, roomy for 2 people, and has great parking. They were responsive to communication and it was spotless. It was in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. I would give it 9/10 overall, only because of the bed. It's against the wall on one side and hard to get in and out of, and very firm. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown or Hamilton Place shopping/dining. We even saw chipmunks in the yard!

Great getaway

Would given this 5 stars as everything else was perfect, but it was pretty warm especially at night with no way to turn the air down. It was set at 75 the entire time in the middle of the summer.
