Candice seemed to be running the place herself on Christmas Day and night. I was driving from Chicago to Orlando Florida for the winter and was happy to have stopped at the Chattanooga Doubletree. The property and service wants five star.

Went down for dinner at restaurant. A Sunday night I ordered food was good I asked bartender to change channel so I could watch last half of game, Bartender showed me a letter taped to the wall which said no changing the channel I asked for manager was told no they can’t be called. Here I am in slow bar unable to get someone to listen and help. Bad customer service no one can contact the manager unsatisfactory service

The check in went smooth. Front desk employee was real kind and very attentive. Room had a few carpet stains and the cloth hanger rack in closet had a few screws missing so it wasn’t usable. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. Morning came it was time to wake kids up, everyone with kid’s know kids don’t always want to wake uo. Next thing there’s someone knocking at the doi. It’s management complaining about noise by then it was quiet told the girl it was fine. Few minutes later more management come knocking telling us to be quiet, we were quiet just getting ready to leave, then he starts to threaten us that he’s gonna ask us to leave. Told him we are leaving anyway. But ti he harassed twice within 10 minutes over nothing. Not a kid friendly place. Staff has no understanding and not sensitive to children being present. A simply phone call would have been more professional. Very offended.
