I've never really had a bad stay at a Doubletree, and this was no exception. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was dark. Best night's sleep we've had in a while. The shower was wonderful too. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I will definitely stay here again!

The check-in was excellent great stuff up front we was on the fifth floor when you get off the elevator it stunk extremely bad even her other guests comment that .when we got to the room the room was really nice clean but we only had one bath towel the next day we did not have any. There was a lady cleaning one of the rooms and I asked her for some towels she gave me one and was very rude never did get any towel for the rest of the weekend had to dry off with hand rags

Unfortunately the parking to reach the building was really hard to access. If it'd been raining it would have been a disaster. When we arrived the receptionist was outside with other employees. We had to wait for her to come inside. She acted quite annoyed and was rather rude. Other than than that the hotel was fine.
