Everything was new and clean. The bed is comfortable, but got a bit sweaty due to the waterproof mattress cover? The hot tub was broken so we didn't get to try it. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

I picked this particular hotel for the hot tub & was told every day that the hot tub would be fixed the following day - I called before I booked specifically asking for the hot tub & they said nothing about it being broken - then after being there found out it was broke for over a week -

Great place to stay with one exception.

The room was very nice and roomy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep because it sounded like furniture was being moved around. My family 3 rooms down heard all the racket also. The breakfast was good. I would have rated our stay excellent had it not been for all the noise after we went to bed.

We have to kill 3 roaches, we asked for new sheets they gave us pillowcases. If we did not have small children, we would’ve left, but it was in the middle of the night.

The manager is wonderful! He even came out into the parking lot talking to us! This was a great place to stay! Marriott’s have Bibles in the rooms, thank you it’s much appreciated! I leave a tip in my favorite verse! Roman’s 10:9 If you confess with your mouth, that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. You will be saved. :-) Blessings and Thank you!

The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room (paid online) & lost my request for highest floor, which is why I got 1st floor. I refused to pay more for a higher floor/different room. No parking problems & the room was nice & clean. Loved the walk in shower & the room had everything needed. But as 1st floor: couldn't open curtains cause of car lights & an hour of running people overhead. The breakfast buffet food was hot & plentiful. Will come back again.

Property was exceptionally clean! Myself and the entire group I checked on with felt the Guest Services person checking us in was unwelcoming and rude. The kiosk to check out the snacks wasnt working and she tried it a few times to get it working and then shrugged it off with no other solution.
