Needed to book two different rooms. When I booked they were both available. I had 6 adults who needed to sleep. The hotels.com app does not let you select two different types of rooms, so I had to book each one separately. Both were avsiabke. I booked one and 1 minute later went to book the second and it was not available. I called the hotel and basically got too bad so sad. Can’t help you. I booked two rooms with another hotel and it was great. Still waiting for hotels.com to respond to me. I’ve been a long time customer and I am frustrated.
