The only reason my friend and I stayed here was because it was convenient but lemme tell y'all. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. front desk was occupied by a very course woman. They didn't have conditioner in the room so I called down to get some and she said I would have to get dressed and come down to get it myself. The shower was teeming with mold and the AC made this horrible shrieking noise! We couldn’t even stay for an hour it was so disgusting.

No shower head in shower. TV's did not work, Refrigerator missing. No coffee Pot. Mold on ceiling and around jacuzzi. Room was dirty. Should I keep going? Oh, and after 10 days I have still not received the full refund I was promised!

Some of the front desk managers would said that they are sending up housekeeping, and then they would leave the shift without sending anyone. It was horrible. The toilet overflowed, and no one came up to disinfect the floor. There were three people who was nice; Csstro, the young Black man who works at the front desk, and the lady at the Bistro. I waited for the front desk to send up someone from housekeeping on three different occasions, and no one ever showed. The pool was dirty, and the whirlpool was either off or cold. I am never going back.
