On the first floor, the living room offers a spectacular ocean view as well as comfortable seating, a 42" flat panel TV, an entertainment center with and direct access to the covered porch and boardwalk beyond. Also on this floor is the dining room with a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a sliding glass door to the porch. The open, airy kitchen features a largely connected countertop; making meal preparation and serving the kids a breeze. The full-size, side-by-side refrigerator, smooth top electric range with a built-in microwave above, and dishwasher make preparing your favorite home-cooked recipes easy. Four guest bedrooms on the first floor accommodate 10 guests. One oceanfront bedroom consists of two bunk beds, doubles on the bottom and twins on the top, and private access to the covered ocean-view porch. It shares a full hall bath with tub/shower combo with the second and third guest bedrooms having queen beds. The Fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds, a 27" TV, and a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The laundry facility is conveniently located and offers full-size appliances. The second floor consists of a huge primary suite. The sliding glass doors and windows offer one of the best ocean views in the house! This bedroom suite comes complete with a king bed, private balcony, and a large master bath. A sofa for additional seating offers a spot for relaxation or for viewing the 54" flat-panel TV. The primary bath is spacious and bright. It features a large soaking garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and 2 skylights. To make the most of your beachfront home, the ocean-facing porch provides a picnic table and rockers, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep! Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. Travel Insurance: East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane.
