This is our third year staying in this studio and we’re always beyond pleased! The communication with Robert, check in/out process, location, food, and amenities are all top notch. We look forward to our anniversary weekend at IOP every year and always in this room! It’s very clean, has more than we need, and we rave about the upkeep of the complex. It’s beautiful to sit on the porch and look at the gardens. Until next year!

This property IS Beachy! What a lovely visit.Clear and friendly communication with Robert, the property manager.The unit was in a perfect location, an easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Get up early to walk to the beach and see the sunrise!A note, a selling point for us:readily available beach gear, easy to take to the beach for a two hour swim and sun. We checked pricing to rent...25.00 a day for a chair and 120.00 a week for an umbrella and chairs set up for you. Why pay, when it could be at your fingertips on vacation.I am sure we will be back! Thank you for hosting us!

The room was perfect for two people and we took advantage of the provided beach chairs and other items. It was very convenient to walk to restaurants and the beach each day. We will definitely stay again the next time we come to IOP.

About as close as you can get to the beach as it's only about a block or two to walk down. There are a lot of ice cream and restaurants very close by but you could also grocery shop as you have everything you need to cook in the room. Most of the standard Beach type things including chairs and blankets and beach toys are available in the room. They also provide a wagon to take it down in. There is a laundry room but it's kind of small and you do need quarters for it.

Perfect getaway

This property is barely a walk from the beach. We went in November, and the beach was absolutely deserted which was wonderful! There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance, and the room is close enough to drive into Charleston in minutes without having to stay in the hustle and bustle. Loved it!

Our perfect get away destination

IOP is mine and my husbands favorite get away spot. We had not found that perfect comfortable clean place to spend our time at IOP. You guys have provided that place. We were exceptionally happy with our stay. It was quite, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. With a short walk to the beach, food, and an amazing local coffee shop. We will be staying many more times.

Fantastic anniversary getaway!

This is our second time staying in this studio and we absolutely love it! We look forward to booking it every year for our long weekend. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. We love how it also has chairs, towels, a small cooler, and everything else we need :) The owners clearly love their place in IOP, the little touches make it so cute 💙 Working with Robert is top notch, he’s always responsive and so helpful. Cozy, near the beach, perfect size and near so much! We had fun checking out the shops and restaurants less than a city block away, grocery store around the corner carries everything. Gas station nearby. Quiet and peacful, very short walk to beach access. Pe3fext
