"I had a nice room with a balcony, which was showing the local kite tradition and was well equipped. I enjoyed the room. The bathroom was a little smelly when not running the exhaust fan."

"Room was too cold, they do not pump hot water in the Chiller system so the AC simply blows cold air. Also terrible smell from toilet room, and uncomfortable toilet seat, too small with the add on of the washer on the seat.."

"Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily. Would like to commend one specific housekeeping staff - Yang Mei for going all out in customer service. Although the exterior of the hotel is not modern, the hospitality of the staff and interior maintenance made up for the overall. Highly recommend all to stay with this hotel. "
