I actually wrote the concierge that I was very impressed with the timely, friendly and helpful client services at RC. All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. I will stay at RC in general and RC Santiago again for sure. Thanks.

I loved my stay with Ritz Carlton, albeit short for two nights. Caesar and the front desk were wonderful. Everything in this property is brilliant - breakfast top notch, pool warm and clean, gym with plenty of equipment. Would one hundred percent recommend to anyone considering a visit to Santiago.

I love the place, very convenient location closer to great bars and restaurants. Also, the food at the restaurant is great. The only concern it is the gym very old machines and tools to workout.
