I generally expect high standard of service from Drury Inn, The conduct of Lisa feel significantly short of those expectations. I approach the desk for checking in instead of receiving assistance IMet with dismissive attitude. When speaking with me she kept her head down did not give me my room number just handed me my room key, also did not give me the documentation needed to be inside of my car for parking.. etc Lisa interaction resulted in me feeling unwelcome and disrespected as A guest. If my room was refundable I would have left and went somewhere else. As a paying customer I expect to be treated with courtesy and competence,I was made to feel like an inconvenience . The rest of the hotel staff was great.

Loved the place and the location. Rooms were clean updated and well appointed. Lobby and lounge area was beautiful and inviting. Don’t stay for breakfast, but looked like a good variety of hot food choices to grab n go items. I did not like the smokers/vapers at the front entrance. We were not sure if they were guests or vagrants. Didn’t enjoy having our daughter inhale majijuana fumes while entering the building. Our bathroom had a small vent and the fan never turned off. Not a problem unless you are bothered by that kind of stuff. What I did not like about the vent was it carried sound from another room. Couldn’t hear our tv at one point and thought it was a car outside- but it was coming out of the vent. We called at 10:30pm, corrected it until 11:30 pm- corrected it and had a good night’s sleep- until 6:30am. It woke our entire family from a good night’s sleep. Waited for 20 min, but got louder as time passed. Finally called and corrected. Hotel employees reacted properly, and we appreciated their efforts.this being said, it was a rough evening and wake up. My hope is that they could find a resolution for the vent situation so that it doesn’t carry noise from other rooms.

This was my second time staying at the Drury with my family. The staff are always great, and the amenities are fabulous too. The first time we stayed I was blown away with how clean the suite was, but on our second stay it was very different. When we opened the door to our room the sofa bed was open, the cushions were tossed about, and the furniture was a bit of a mess. All the drawers in the main bedroom area were left open as well. They did not have pillowcases for the sofa bed and some of the sheets had small stains. That being said, the pool area and rest of the hotel was very clean and accommodating. You do have to pay for parking.
