Très beau duplex lumineux et entièrement rénové disposant de 2 chambres séparées. Parfaitement équipé pour profiter pleinement en famille ou entre amis, vos souvenirs seront nombreux dans notre bien.
Situé à Argentière et facile d`accès, vous serez proche des commerces de première nécessité et apprécierez sa localisation à moins de 5min à pied des remontées du Grands Montets. Parking inclus et gare SNCF très proche.

Un appartement aux airs de petit chalet pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, avec au RdC un séjour/salon avec une cuisine ouverte et très bien équipée (four combiné chaleur tournante/micro onde, frigo, lave vaisselle, Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, etc.), un vestibule et un toilette séparé.
Nous avons voulu que l`intimité de chacun soit respectée au mieux avec à l`étage une chambre double séparée de la chambre avec lit superposé et son coin home-office. Salle d`eau à l`étage.
De nombreux rangements à l’intérieur de l’appartement et des services pour rendre votre séjour le plus confortable possible (Wifi, enceinte, Chromecast, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, etc)
L’appartement dispose d’un balcon équipé d’une table et de chaises qui ne sera pas encombré par votre équipement sportif grâce au casier à ski situé au RdC de l’immeuble. Orienté plein Ouest, vous profiterez pleinement du soleil l’après-midi.

Le village d’Argentière, réputé pour son authenticité, vous permettra d’accéder à pied depuis votre logement à toutes les infrastructures nécessaires. Que ce soit l’accès au domaine des Grands Montets à 200m, les itinéraires de ski de fond et randonnée (lac blanc), le vieux village, ou encore les commerces essentiels, tous se trouvent à moins de 300m du logement.

Parking sécurisé dans la résidence inclus. Non privatif mais vous trouverez toujours au moins une place pour vous y garer. Logement situé à côté de la gare SNCF et des arrêts de bus permettant de rejoindre l`ensemble des principaux sites et domaines skiables de la vallée de Chamonix en quelques minutes

Comfortable apartment in great location

Basic but clean and comfortable apartment. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Great location for Grand Montets ski area and bus stop.

Great place at a great location

Property was perfect for a ski trip in Chamonix for me and my teenage daughter. Steps to the tram at the base of Grand Montets. Wonderful bakery, bars and restaurants basically on-site. The unit is small but maximized the use of space. Bathroom with toilet is separate from bathroom with shower and sink (and on a different floor within the unit), which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. Management was very accessible. Access and parking were easy. Short and easy drive to downtown Chamonix. We would definitely come back.
