We had a wonderful stay! Philip, the host, was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and genuinely funny. He made the experience feel really personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. There’s on-site parking, which is a huge bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended!

This hotel is delightful. Charming and tucked away just 1 block away from the city center, shopping and dining. The building is darling, the rooms were clean and, the owners were on site and very kind and helpful. We definitely would return.

A fabulous hotel, wonderfully hosted by the owner. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Chamonix and only a 14 min walk from the bus station. We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Clocher. Cannot fault the room or service we received.

I was assigned a ground floor room which is ok but not ideal. When people talk at the reception area, you will hear it. You will likewise hear people’s footsteps whenever the climb up the stairs or walk on the floor above. The room, including the en-suite bathroom looked wheelchair accessible but does not have an extraction fan for ventilation.

Excellent, quiet location with a lot of charm. Walkable to everything. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Just a note, there is no elevator, but there's only one flight of stairs to climb with luggage. Would absolutely recommend this place!

When a friendly dog greeted me at reception, I knew I was in the right place. Super clean, secure, and nicely updated all around, and an absolutely fantastic location with minutes walking distance of the center of town. Really friendly staff. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking either day, so can't comment on that. Would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to book there again myself!

Wonderful and Charming Stay!

Very welcoming and peaceful. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful, and the location was amazing for ski and town access! I would absolutely stay here again. Check in was simple, access was easy but secure, and I felt completely comfortable and taken care of during my stay!
