Casa Perlasca is a cozy and brand new apartment, located in an historical, beautifully decorated building of the beginning of the XX century. It's a bright and welcoming environment with colorful touches. Situated in a good neighborhood, just a few meters away from groceries, bakeries, restaurants and the nearest public boat's jetty is 10 minutes away by feet.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It's composed by one spacious livingroom with a fully equipped kitchen, two separated bedroom with single beds that on occasion can become double beds, and on a mezzanine reachable by a ladder other two single beds, one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Air condition is present in all rooms and spaces.
A private parking space is available at request but it has to be booked in advance.
All the single beds can be composed to become double bed on request

Fab location

The stay was perfect. Location close to the water with ferry service and across from supermarket. The host was very responsive. Cernobbio is a beautiful place, quiet but with all amenities. The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities.

Great property and an amazing host!

The property itself was just like the pictures, very cute and clean, exactly what you need. It’s at a great location in Cernobbio, very close to bus stops and the local super market. Cristina was such a responsive and nice host. On the day of check out, we couldn’t get a taxi and she even tried to call for us. Remember to have cash ready for the traveler’s tax required by Italy. Thanks for your lovely home, Cristina!

Cernobbio - Lake Como

Superb! This property was our 3rd at Lake Como, the other's being further north. We wanted to spend a few days nearer to Como town and Cernobbio proved to be a cracking location and this apartment matched that. It was clean, well equipped and the air con was a blessing during the recent heat wave. Getting around was easy, relatively short walk to the lake shore and ferry to drop into Como. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and places to chill-out. Our hostess Chris was fantastic! Super recommendations and ensuring I had a place to park our van while staying there, really didn't want to do any additional driving. Thanks Cernobbio..... loved your hospitality!
