OK stay, but misleading pictures.

The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated.

Very quaint and comfortable... A bargain!

Large enough to comfortably accommodate four adult women. Nice location for walking through the neighborhood. The shower was small, but not unlike several of our lodgings. I would highly recommend to a small family traveling on a budget.

Decent apartment but terrible service from staff.

Apartment was clean and tidy, but unfortunately our stay was marred by experience afterwards in trying to get our son's jacket returned. The apartment staff eventually confirmed they had the jacket, but no response to various e-mails, texts and calls when we have tried to arrange (and pay for) postage back to us. I appreciate this is a particular instance and not relevant to many, but it has coloured our view of the Residence's management.

Comfortable appartment, Beware of check in times

We waited at a reastaurant to arrive within the short check in window. Nobody was there when we arrived. We had to call and wait 15 minutes. They said they send me an email asking for arrival time. I never received. Instructions indicate to call if you plan to arrive after 6 PM. The fact is, you need to call to schedule your check in because these are appartments and there is no desk. Other than that the appartment was good, it had a kitchinet and a washer machine (no dryer, shame we got wet under the rain and had no way to dry our clothes). The other issue was the swimming pool. They include a swimming pool picture and we thought it was part of the facility. The pool is by the beach, a few blocks away from the appartment. This is not a service included in the rental.

On vous dit heureusement il nous reste une chambre, sympa on nous applique le prix hotel. com, (geste commercial) apres appel hotel.com confirme la reservation effectuee. Le lendemain matin , l'hotelier nous explique qu'il vient de recevoir notre reservation , Bizarre, coup de chance sinon c 'etait la nuit dans la voiture

街や湖に近い中長期滞在に良いレジデンス。

チェックインが18時までとは知らず、20時過ぎに着いたら入り口に鍵がかかっていた。隣のバーの人にレセプションの人を呼んでもらって、漸くチェックイン。 朝食が徒歩数分のカフェで。綺麗なカフェだし、朝の散歩を兼ねて苦にはならなかった。

Det er en dejlig lejlighed, der ligger meget centralt. Dog vil jeg sige, at da jeg lavede reservationen, var jeg ikke klar over, at det var lejlighed og ikke hotel. Der er ingen reception og ej heller en restaurant, hvor man kan spise morgenmad eller andet. Det gør nu ikke noget fordi der er masser af cafeer tæt på-

Very nice stay

I am really glad to have found this residence, which is just 5 minutes away from the cernobbio center. The rooms are big, clean and spacious enough for 2 or 3 people, the kitchen is well kept and has all the necessary amneties. The quality/price ratio is just unbeatable...recommend testing the restorant just next to it (within the residence gates..)
