Book a hotel near Central Military Hospital, Chapinero

"in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights."

"Highly highly recommend HAB. It’s prob one of the best (if not the best) boutique, full service hotels to explore Chapi Alto. Near a ton of restaurants, super walkable to the queer bars in the area and a complete vibe. Check out the room type you book — there are some with internal views and limited natural light."
