The staff could have been more informative during check in. They ran out of maps and didn't tell us about activities, the pool, the waterpark, the shuttle etc... We did find everything on our own and the grounds/room were awesome but some staff could not answer our questions. We did receive texts about activities at night- which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for kiddos! Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Water park was clean and fun with extended hours. My son was bummed he wasn’t allowed to use the hot tubs. Must be 14 years old.

I knew there would be a lot of kids and there were. That's okay it is a water park. I did not like having to pay $20 for 1pm check in. Really? Loved the Landshark Bar.

Cape Codder is sorely missed by the whole family. Not only was it more charming having Hearth and Kettle restaurant and the snack shop by the pool with an array of food options, it was a lot easier on the wallet. We have been going every year since 2020 & the changes let us down. Marshmallows s’mores used to go until 10pm nightly, now the supplies run out at 7pm and it gets cut by 8:30pm. Not very fair considering the amount this place charges per night. They also had an attitude when we asked for the marshmallow set ups after 8:30. The restaurant options are decent but they make you order same selection of food at the water park too. Not enough variety sadly. The biggest gripe I have is that the water park is no longer included in the hotel charge you have to purchase park passes independently. It seems like they are trying to price us out of going back. The nightly room charge has basically doubled since 2020 if you factor having to buy passes separately this is not fair to us. The design choices are none the old gray theme of Cape codder was a bit boring. So it deserves more than 2 stars for doing good renovations that are very impressive. My kids miss calling this place Cape codder, and miss the charm this updated version now very much lacks.

Unfortunately room was extremely stinky, smelled like a giant wet dog lived there for a year. We talked to front desk about it and they said house keeping will stop by, we waited for an hour and made peace with living in stink. Besides that, the property is fun and is great for families. Staff was mostly very helpful, however too many seemed confused or not knowledgeable about resort or how it works. Maybe new hires. Overall good experience, but probably won't come back since all our stuff smelled after that room too

Disappointed in general about this hotel. The room was dirty, the blankets and sheets were stained all over. It was boring. The hot tub was out of service also. In general it was too expensive for what it was. Not planning on staying again here.

We had a great weekend. The kids loved the water park and all the fun activities in the courtyard…s’mores etc. There should be better customer service. Miscommunication with the front desk. The outdoor pool is so nice but closes way too early. We had a long wait time for fresh linen then had to bag the soiled linen myself. Aside from that was a great time and we will definitely return.
