Check In line was crazy. 1st room had roaches. 2nd room seemed as if they didn’t change the linens as there were smudges of makeup and whatnot on the sheets and they were not even fully tucked in. Remote was sticky, curtains were broken to where you couldn’t even shut them to keep light out.For the amount you pay to stay here per night, this should NEVER be the case. We won’t be returning.

This place is a gem! After staying in both Horseshoes hotels(Vegas&Bossier) I can confidently say that I like this location better. The rooms are larger and more upscale, and we really loved the huge bathtub there(you have no idea how good that made us feel after being on the road all day). I highly recommend it!
