 Excellent service and clean hotel. Had room 806 which was nice so that you didn't hear the beeping of horns as much. Hotel is in the middle of the city and walkable one block to a small mall with pharmacy, stores and restaurants. When we visited it was right before the big festival so I'm not sure if traffic is always as crazy or not. There were cars and mopeds lined up all day and all night and horns beeping. Crossing the road is unique in the Philippines, you do have crosswalks but don't pause and keep walking if it says walk, can get a bit scary if this is not what you are used to. Breakfast was amazing. Only got it one out of the 3 nights due to booking excursions but very large buffet. They also will pack you a breakfast if leaving prior to breakfast starting. Option of American breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, jam) or Philippine breakfast (Rice, beef). Rooftop pool is very nice, lounge area on the roof has beverages and food. Restaurant in hotel we had dinner twice. Great food and prices. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Overall a great stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms!

I recently booked this hotel through Expedia that clearly stated breakfast included in the room rate. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that our reservation did not include breakfast. This was very disappointing and frustrating, especially since one of the main reasons we chose this property was the included breakfast.We showed the staff Expedia website which mentioned breakfast, but they said it was a mistake on Expedia’s end and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We ended up having to pay extra for breakfast each morning.I reached out to Expedia customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful — they didn’t take responsibility for the inaccurate information. I expected better from a major booking platform.Expedia needs to ensure the details on their listings are accurate and that customers aren’t misled by incorrect descriptions. This experience made our trip more stressful than it should have been, and I’ll be more cautious using Expedia in the future.

It is not a modern hotel, but the rooms are kept clean and in good condition. The breakfast is great, with many healthy options as well. The staff service is 5 star for sure. One of the things that really caught my attention is that Filipino people are really respectful, cordial, hardworking and always have a smile ready for you despite the adversities, problems, and challenges they face. I highly recommend this hotel.
