It was a mom/daughter 2-days getaway. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was perfect for our needs, such as preparing a light breakfast, warming up the previous night's dinner leftover for lunch, etc. Everything was great. Our only complain would be the scent that was sprayed in the hallways of the hotel. It was very strong and heavy and did not feel eco-clean.

From checking in to checking out this place was perfect. Cathedral City is where we like to stay for all that we do and this put it us right in the middle of everything! We loved our room with the little kitchen nook and our private deck. We enjoyed the quiet pool in the evenings and it was perfectly relaxing. Our toaster didn’t work and someone brought a new one within 5 minutes incredible service. Nice and friendly staff always wanting to make your stay pleasant and they did!! We will be back.

The property was a little older than I thought but I was still in really good condition. It's close to practically everything you want to do in the area without driving far to get to it. Its proximity is one of the stronger points. The staff was super friendly and kept the property in general in immaculate shape. Would stay here again

A regular at the World Mark Plaza, this visit a new discovery. The rooms to the left of check-in are larger, nicely appointed and 2 full bathrooms (1 off the living room and one en-suite off the large bedroom. Featured a full kitchen with range/stove oven dishwasher microwave blender toaster and all the pots and pans utensils, knives, plates. glassware kitchen towels yadayada nice. Also had 2 separate large walled patios- one off the living/dining and one of the master bedroom. More reason to stay here in my next visit.

I absolutely love the staff here! They are part of the reason I keep coming back. This visit was a bit different than others. I’ve never been up on the 3rd floor and didn’t really enjoy it as much. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. Have never experienced this before. One problem will never stop me from coming back and I hope I have another chance very soon. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for making people feel very welcome!

Everybody here from day one has been professional helpful polite always with a smile. I used to live across the street from here and wasn't aware that this hotel was here it's a nice little best kept secret and very lucky for the ones that discover it

The condo units were very spacious and it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the “quiet pool”! Could hear the people upstairs moving around a lot. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We loved the suite we stayed in as it had the amenities we needed with complimentary items to make our stay stress free. The laundry machines were clean and we used the rentable board games and DVDs. We will definitely stay here again.
