"Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere."

Really recommend the restaurant by the sea - the food was outstanding and staff incredibly friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We had to change our room when we first got there because it was dark and a bit cramped for a suite. Our second suite though was amazing. Recommend the suite on 2 levels. Beautiful clean and well maintained pool. I loved the fact you could sit by the sea on a pontoon on loungers and go for a swim without getting sandy. One tip - when you there, request your bags to be taken to the room. If you don’t ask they’ll let you drag them there yourself and it’s quite a walk. When we clicked on to this the service was good. Overall would definitely stay again."
