If you take a shower make sure the drain switch is pointing down. Shower curtain has these buttons and cloth midway, make sure the shower liner is completely in the tub or the shower water will spray onto the floor. Other than that my stay was really good. There are vegan options if you ask for them.

Great location

If you’re doing anything downtown la crosse or at the Civic Center, it’s a great location. The hotel rooms are average. Nothing bad.

The hotel has beautiful views and is in a convenient location downtown. Our room was fine, but we couldn't find the tv remote and a bit of an issue with the shower head (challenging to operate). We ate breakfast downstairs but it would have been nice to have more staff so we could sit by the windows - all of those tables were dirty and no one was in a hurry to clean them up.
