The hotel was spotlessly clean. Check-in desk staff were polite and professional. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable--not too hard or too soft but just wonderfully right. Breakfast options included hot items and cold breakfast item. Parking lot was well lit. No complaints from me!

Room was very nice! Elevator button for the 1st floor was out. Making it difficult with luggage. You have to go to the LL and then walk upstairs to 1st floor lobby area. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel.

When we got there our toilet was broke so the staff quickly moved us to another room. Both rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our entire wrestling team and the parents that stayed there. They were able to recommend several good places to eat and visit nearby. Parking was never an issue and never had to park way far away. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would stay there again.

Spacious room! Let us check in early for a nominal fee. Only thing I would suggest is hooks for towels in bathroom as well as a rail for hand towel. Maybe a larger vanity as counter space was limited in such a large bathroom. But that is just minor details. Wish breakfast had waffles. Coffee was good!

Our front desk agent at check in was unfriendly, but the rest of our stay everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful. A regular shower option would have been nice. It was quiet and comfortable stay overall and convenient to get to the La Crosse Center.

Room was really nice set up. We were on the first floor on the street side and the street noise was a little disruptive until I could fall asleep. It was nice to have access to coffee, tea and fountain soda all day.
