"The only good things were the price and it was reasonably clean for the low price. Mattress was comfortable and area was quiet. Pool was green, lawn unmowed, continental breakfast was a waste of time. If you just need sleep for a low price it works."

"The room was fairly large with a very clean bathroom (no mildew, yea!). Had a full Starbucks on premise which was great. A nice lobby where people were chilling and a nice long high table where people used their laptops (always full). We walk to University of TN and Market Square easily, so perfect location for us. They have construction doing on which closed the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise. The parking garage is tight, but we took the truck in fine, but carefully."
