This was a clean and emasculate place. The sheets and pillows were clean. The staff were friendly their English was perfect. The water was hot. Although the pool was not working the rooftop had an amazing view so breathtaking. The food was great the price was reasonable for the number of days we stayed. It was in a quiet area with a nice mix. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were happy with our stay. They were able to check us in early because we arrived early at the hotel. We had a very good lunch and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Was noisy in the early evening with traffic and party busses driving by but by 9 pm it was normal traffic

Breakfast buffet need variety and improvement. Customer service staff lacking of kindness and understanding on dealing with vacationers from other countries. Amenities are ok, rooms are ok but could be better. We stayed at Bogota, same location and it’s superb compare to the one in Cartagena.
