Ultimate Beach House para su próximo Vacay ~ 50 pies de la playa !!

¡Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler! Nuestra casa está frente a la playa en el pueblo de Carlsbad. Hermosas vistas de las olas desde el gran balcón de nuestra casa de tres pisos. Amplia sala de estar de estilo abierto con cocina moderna, comedor, sala familiar y 2 amplios dormitorios principales con baños. Una tercera sala de bonificación adjunta a un maestro para espacio adicional para dormir. ¡Todos los muebles y artículos para el hogar son completamente nuevos! Dos nuevas camas King size super cómodas y una nueva cama nido con dos colchones dobles. Además de un nuevo sofá cama Queen con las mejores críticas. Área de trabajo (escritorio y silla nuevos) en gran dormitorio principal con mucha luz natural. Nueva barbacoa de 5 quemadores. La casa está a solo unos minutos a pie (a unas pocas cuadras) del adorable pueblo de Carlsbad. Tenemos 4 bicicletas para adultos, 1 bicicleta para niños, más tablas de surf, sillas, sombrillas y juguetes: todo lo que necesitas para pasar un día de diversión en la playa. Hay un garaje para 2 autos (no se ajusta a Suburbans, pero tenemos espacio en el camino de entrada para un automóvil grande). Los baños son duchas (no bañeras) y son un poco mayores pero funcionan perfectamente. Completamente abastecido con toallas y productos de baño nuevos. La cocina es nueva y muy limpia y está completamente equipada con todas las necesidades de cocina para su facilidad de cocción. Tres nuevos televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas. Hay un patio privado para más espacio para relajarse, cocinar en la parrilla o dejar que los niños corran sin peligro, y la vista del océano desde la cocina no tiene precio. ¡Nuestra casa es una excelente opción para sus próximas vacaciones!

This was easily one of the best stays we've had. The place was spotless from the moment we walked in, and it had absolutely everything we needed, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The location was perfect too, walking distance to everything Carlsbad has to offer.What really set this apart was the host. Communication was quick, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in the experience they provide, and it shows in every detail.We'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a place in Carlsbad, don't hesitate to check this out.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we slept the best we’ve ever slept at a vacation rental! A little bummed about the construction right in front but that didn’t ruin our trip and we know these things happen and are necessary for upkeep in the area. We saw lots of marine life while enjoying our coffee on the patio. That was definitely my favorite spot. Beautiful space!

The Hess Beach House is a wonderful place to stay. (Our stay was 1 week.) The view of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular from the deck. Watch surfers from morning to night, and catch a beautiful sunset. The house is only a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house is stocked with everythng needed for the beach - chairs, boogie board, surf board, wagon, etc. There are over 5 bikes to go for a ride on the bike path right in front of the house. The quaint Carlsbad downtown area is a short walk away. The host was extremely responsive to all my messages. Finally, the interior of the house was very accomodating for 4 adults. We really liked this rental; I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a beachfront poperty in Southern California.

Hands down, Mike has been the best host we’ve ever had. His communication was quick, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.The property was exactly as described, and the location, layout, and amenities made it the perfect home base for our trip. The home was immaculate, thoughtfully and thoroughly outfitted; the amazing location was across the road from the wonderful, clean, walkable beach, and also a few minutes' walk from the charming downtown. Wonderful stay, lovely, large and comfortable condo that was well stocked for our stay (needed scissors & tape and they were there- so nice). Coffee, sugar & creamer stocked. Nice bottle of wine to greet us. Made it easier to get settled and enjoy!Third bedroom is a separated space in the larger bedroom. Comfortable & served its purpose. Beds were comfy & we slept very well. Lovely ocean view from the deck - great at sunset. Easy walk down to the beach. Not the fault of the unit or owners but the traffic is quite loud so hard to enjoy the ocean sounds from the unit. Easily resolved by walking across the street & down the stairs, we didn’t use the bikes or beach gear but there was plenty of it so maybe next time! Garage has 2 sides with a post in the middle. Tesla 3 fit and the driveway space fit my kids trucks side by side (Tacoma and 4-runner) without blocking neighbors or feeling crowded. Absolutely will return. Hosts were kind & responsive - no complaints at all.

Mike and Janice have a wonderful place, directly across the street from the Ocean. The configuration of the rooms allowed us to look at the ocean all day from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms were in the back of the house and thus very quiet and cool. The bathrooms are newer than the photos and extremely well done. We also appreciated the access to all of the beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, and a bunch of other stuff we didn't get to such as bikes, boogie boards, etc. We appreciated having screens on almost all of the windows, which allowed us to get good cross ventilation from the front to the back of the house. WIFI was excellent for work, streaming, and videogaming on a laptop. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach house, in a wonderful location! This house is directly across the street from the beach, and also walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad village. My family of 6 adults stayed here, and we had plenty of space for everyone. We loved using all of the beach gear provided in the garage, and had so much fun riding the bikes into town every day to shop. Mike was a wonderful host and responded right away to any questions we had. We love Carlsbad, and would absolutely love to book this house again if we return.

Perfect location

We loved staying at this property. Right across from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Carlsbad again.

Good Beach Stay Needing a Little Love

This VRBO was in a good location (good sunsets and short walk to downtown Carlsbad) with comfy beds / blankets and good amenities (kitchen supplies). Communication with the property manager was very good as well. Our group was disappointed in the condition of the home which needs some reno (stained carpets, stained couch, outdated bathroom, mirrored living room walls, offset knobs on the stove, dirty baseboards, etc). Might be good for a group of surfers but we wouldn't return to this location since it's outdated.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house is located in a PERFECT location. We went to Legoland day 1 and Sea World day 2. We walked across the street and took walks on the gorgeous beach too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just what we needed

we really liked the place a lot. Unfortunately we had record high temperatues during our time there. It would have been nicw to have AC but most places on the coast have no need for it.
