This is a budget hotel with little to no amenities, sheets looked like they were in a sand storm. Floors were sticky, and the room smelled stale.

Always helpful staff and improvements not always are improvements; my room had LED ceiling light and none at bedside or desk side made room lighting terrible! And remove door to bathroom and replace with curtain. What a pain the butt door configuration. Otherwise, great location, clean grounds and room!

Actually, the “kitchenettes” — that available in some of the rooms — could be described as a limited “food prep” area, with nothing other than a counter, a “mini-microwave oven,” a smaller cubic sized “mini-refrig/freezer. For cleanup, your bathroom sink will have to do “double duty,” of handling your assorted cookware, yet also your personal ablutions! Bottomline, I’d suggest an “extended stay” property if, you’re even slightly serious about “exercising your inner-Chef!
