Excellent Location

Our stay here was excellent. The ocean view is spectacular and the home was in the perfect location. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing location

Can’t ask for a better location. Parking was convenient with the extra guest spot. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything we needed for the beach was available to us in the rental. Communication with them was great. All my questions I had were answered quickly. We will definitely book this place again!

Beautiful home and views

Our stay here was excellent. The ocean view is spectacular and the home is very well taken care of with wonderful furnishings. We of course did not want to leave!

Excellent Location, Great Service

The Property was the perfect size for our family of 4, with great access/views of the beach and close to town. Management was super-proactive throughout our stay. The presence of beach toys/chairs/umbrella was a huge plus that made our time on the sand much more enjoyable and seamless.

Amazing property

This was an amazing property right on the ocean and within a short walk of downtown Carlsbad. We stayed 4 nights with our family of 5 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and with views of the ocean everywhere you look. Carlsbad is the best beach town anyone could ask for and check in, communication, and the entire process was very smooth. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Spring Break

We had a great family vacation in n Carlsbad. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. We hope to visit again!

Unbelievable location

We just stared at the water all week from the comfort of both patios. This may have been my favorite trip to the beach ever and I’m not sure I actually stepped on the sand.

This house is amazing! It is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need. The ocean views from the balcony are spectacular. We especially liked the direct access to the beach. It is centrally located so we were able to walk to different excellent restaurants. We loved hearing the waves. The check-in was easy. We were emailed all the necessary codes. We also had a designated parking place. We we be back!!!

The views are amazing and the beach access was so easy! Communication with the concierge was quick and easy. They were very accommodating. I do have to say, that they have ants all over the unit, we were turned off by that and weren’t able to take advantage of the kitchen to cook a meal or 2 because they were on the counters in the sink. We did inform the concierge, but they weren’t able to help. I hope they rectify that situation before the next booking.

Beach front family vacay

We loved everything about this townhome and cannot wait to go back. You cannot get any closer to the beach with super easy access which is a must with children and carrying all their crap haha and coming back home for snacks and naps. Beach wasn't crowded at all, it was clean and so fun! The home worked perfectly for our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 3 years old). I was a little worried about all the stairs (stairs to access unit and stairs inside unit going to downstairs) but my kids had no problems. The home had everything we needed, we will be back.

Amazing Carlsbad home located on the beach

We stayed in this property for four days in late August 2024. The home was perfect and we could not have asked for more. It was exactly as advertised and MORE!! The house was in pristine condition and extremely clean. It was loaded with amenities - kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. The management company - Air Concierge was so easy to deal with. Communication was very open and responsive. They did a great job. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing ocean view and access to beach. Condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed the condo and beach access! Kitchen and baths were well supplied. Amazing views and comfy beds. Loved the downstairs couch. Overall, a very nice stay! A few items: night light needed replacing downstairs. Upstairs bed needed to be cleaned as well as front windows. Plumbing issue next door, north. (We are local Carlsbad folks that are owners too, so we thought you would like to know... ) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Absolutely perfect for our family. Waking up to the beach every morning was amazing. The condo was set up perfectly, there was nothing we needed. It has a full kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc., it has a full size washer and dryer which is all so necessary when you have stay somewhere with kids! It has beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. It is on the beach with and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Seriously, they have thought of everything! We loved it so much and can't wait to come back.

Cant get any closer to the beach

This house is exactly as pictured. The unobstructed views of the beach are absolutely worth the price. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will for sure be back.

Great Weekend

This property was a great place to spend a staycation weekend (we are from san diego). The place was just as advertised and had everything we needed. It was really cute and being right on the beach and so close to restaurants meant we didn't have to drive anywhere! We knew there was no A/C and although it was a very hot weekend we all were totally fine with the fans. The view and ocean air was wonderful. The only thing I could nitpick is the downstairs bedroom was a little cave-like because very little light comes in through the window. We would definitely stay here again.
