First off the staff when they were in the office were nice. However, my room smelled of smoke and it was suppose to be " no smoking"! When I said something to the front desk, they said their rooms were all booked up. That night I froze . There were no blankets or extra pillows or anything. There wasn't a refrigerator to keep.my food cold either. The next morning I picked up two blankets from the front desk. Saturday night I was exhausted and went to bed early only to be woken up by the neighbor upstairs from me. Needles to say that I got no sleep and suffered with the cigarette smoke which I am.allergic to.walking back amd forth very louddest.

Reserved and paid in advance for nonsmoking, queen, and mini fridge. Upon arrival, I was told only smoking was available, or two full size and no fridge. Unacceptable, especially when paying in advance.
