The mattresses are horrific. We slept on a slope and had to take Advil and muscle relaxants to be able to move about during the day. They need to be replaced. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

The staff was welcoming and very hospitable. The pool was amazing - they literally thought outside of the box with two giant slides that begin inside the facility but wind outside and shoot you out back into the hotel pool. What a design! On the other side of the pool is a wave pool. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again if we are passing by this way.

Thanks for breakfast!!

While they claimed hotels.com over booked and it was out of their control, and we did not end up in the room we booked, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Made sure we had enough beds and towels, and we were very pleased with our stay!

Nice family getaway

The king size family room was awesome for our family of 5. The pool area was so fun, and my 4 year old loved how the gentle waves took her back and forth! I just wish they told us online or before getting there that the water slides (and waves) are only open/on when there’s a lifeguard on duty, so only from 5-10 at night. One slide was also out of service, which was disappointing. They give you kids eat free vouchers for Tony Roma’s, for dinner and/or breakfast, which we didn’t take advantage of but was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed the location and the hotel and the price point and will likely return for another little family getaway!
