The staff was very nice. Check-in was easy. I expected a better room for the rating that it was given or should I just say a cleaner roomThere was no milk at morning breakfast for either the coffee or cereals. Sausages are supposed to look brown. These ones look raw. Room is extremely dusty chunks of dust hanging off the vents in the bathroom and the bedroom. Needs a good cleaning and the walls are full of dust as well.

Good location for the places I wanted to see. Not sure what caused a noise that sounded like someone drilling but due to the timing (very early in morning and later in the evening) I think it was a plumbing issue. Rather dated room and if that was a true queen size bed, then I'm Tinkerbell. Glad I didn't need to share it.

I appreciated that when I called to advise that I needed an accessible room they made sure that a bath seat, raised toilet seat and hand rail was attached to the tub when we checked in. The room was roomy and convenient. The breakfast was very good.
