Room was good size and clean. Nothing wrong with the hotel for a stay at all. However, I booked the room for 3 nights. Got a call the next day saying there was a family emergency at home. I talked to hotels.com to cancel my next 2 nights. They said they will call the gotel to try and cancel. When they called the front desk lady said that they couldnt do anything about it and would not approve the cancellation. Room was not cancelled and they kept my 2 nights of money without me staying in the room.

The room was spotless and I know of no other hotel that provides its guests with Dove soap and shampoo. I will choose Ramada again for that reason.

The room was clean, and beautiful. The check in clerk was very accommodating. I arrived early, but she was able to find a room that was ready so I could get checked in so I could get to my appointment and then on with the rest of my day, without having to go back to check in. Breakfast was great and the lady looking after it all was helpful and super friendly!

I feel the room was not in its best condition. The bathroom had hair inside the tub and against the shower walls and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The breakfast was very good. I loved that they had a variety of options to choose from.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. Nice after a long drive. The lobby area and common areas were very nice and updated. The beds were comfortable and bedding good and clean. The room was clean and maintained, however showed it's age and was tired. I immediately thought this was built and decorated in the 70's and sure enough it was.
