Check in wasn’t pleasant. The night manager was checking me in but he felt the need to have a conversation with another customer that was across the lobby while checking me in. He was previously helping that customer but continued conversing with him even though he was on the opposite side of the lobby - not even sure what exactly he was trying to say to him. He was very distracted and dismissive with me. Asked me for information I had already provided through the online partial check-in link they had sent via email. What was the point of filling that out when they’re just going to collect the same info at check-in? He provided no details on the hotel, such as dining or amenities available at the hotel. There was a sign next to the check in desk with a note about no running water the next day but he neglected to let me know anything about that either, Overall room was dated but it was passably clean. Not worth the extra cost per night as compared to other hotels in the city.
