"We had a wonderful stay at Chincoteague Inn over the weekend. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay without any issues. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also surprisingly good. One unexpected bonus was the location. We planned to have dinner at Captain Zack's Seafood just across the street, and the wait time was about two hours. Instead of waiting at the restaurant, we were able to relax comfortably in our room until our table was ready, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely choose Chincoteague Inn again when visiting the area."

"A vintage property off the water a small walk neighbors were not real friendly. I was told there was access to the water for canoeing however when my family with children went to see we were told the walkway was private property. The house however was very spacious lots of small nooks and surprises. We enjoyed our time. Make sure you bring plenty of bug spray and extra cleaning supplies if you so choose."

"This is our second time staying at the Cozy Nest. The house is well located and has just about everything you need for a weekend at the beach, including two lovely porches. The only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is that the amenities are a bit dated (which is ok since it's just an old beach house with beach house vibes), we couldn't get the DVD player to work (again, wasn't the end of the world), and we again had to make all of the beds ourselves with the clean sheets provided, which was manageable but makes the kick-off to a vacation weekend feel a bit more like you're still at home! But if you're looking for a true basic beach house that is convenient and dog-friendly, this is the place for you!"

"We loved this property! Although it shows its age in various ways (creaky, uneven floors), it was a beautiful home for us and our 3 kids (age 4-10). The kitchen was well stocked (including a crock pot which was very convenient). Even though it’s off the main road, it’s still quiet. We loved watching the sunsets from the back porch. The extra couch and table off the kitchen were perfect for game nights and decompressing after exploring the island. The golf cart was a huge bonus and worth the extra cost. We did arrive the first day to the front door of the house wide open - come to find the AC was being fixed and stayed working during our stay."
