"Extremely welcoming - great hosts. Ciska was helpful and terrific from start to finish, even preparing early breakfast for us to accommodate our early tour. Must be a new guest house as the locals were unfamiliar with it - you'd never know with the polished hospitality!"

"The room was absolutely beautiful...clean, upscale amenities with an amazing view! We have never felt such personal service on this level...every single person we came across was incredible helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond! I am a type 1 diabetic and we were celebrating our milestone birthdays with this trip, and not only did they send a beautiful chocolate birthday cake, but they listed the ingredients which were all a part of my low carb meal plan! It was incredible! The restaurants were all absolutely delicious (I think we got to all five or six!). What a fabulous experience! Thank you to the incredible staff once again...we can't thank you enough! If you are planning a trip to Cape Town and want to stay in a beautiful property, do not hesitate to book your stay at the Marly!!"

"Absolutely divine experience from the host to the property, amenities and views! The host greeted us warmly and took the best care of our needs, every special request and the most amazing attention to detail in our suite xoxo the views were stunning on the pool deck, ocean views, sunsets were incredible! Free breakfast every morning was an amazing spread of fruits, meat, hot plate ready to order and you also have a breathtaking view of the sunrise while drinking coffee soaking in the sun. 10/10 would stay here every visit to capetown, the host was incredibly attentive and really cared about his guests and our experience I couldn’t sing my praises loud enough he was the best ! "This is our go to hotel every time we visit Cape Town. While it is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and walkable restaurants and bars as well as safety it’s the staff that make this property so amazing. From the moment you arrive to the last goodbye from the security guard at the gate everyone is helpful and always smiling. This hotel truly epitomizes what good customer service is. Can’t wait for our next stay."

Our room looked exactly as pictured, and the views around the property were absolutely beautiful. The food was also a highlight—breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the afternoon tea and scones. Everything about our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
