This is a split 3 bedroom, 2 bath floorplan with a comfortable living room and views to the pool area. The dining area and breakfast bar offer plenty of sunlight with slider access to the lanai and pool.

The master bedroom includes a comfy queen bed, with streaming TV, slider access to lanai area, and En suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are perfect for families with children, offering 2 twins in the first room and 3 twins in the second guest room. The guest bath is a tub/shower combo. This home has a fully equipped Florida style kitchen with everything you may need to make dinners at home.

We enjoyed our stay. In February, the pool water was a little too cold but we still got some use out of it. Good central location close to everything we needed and the price was right for us.

The property itself is wonderful. The pool area is spectacular and the layout of the home is perfect. The WiFi was great. There were a few things that were not so great. The bed advertised as a Q is a full size. There is a grill but no propane. A pool but no heater or floaties. A fire bowl but no wood. We had to spend time and money to get the things we needed if we wanted to enjoy the amenities. The beds had bottom sheets but no top sheets. It’s a little too stripped down for the price. Lastly, the home was very dirty when we checked in. We mopped the floor 3x to get it clean. The closet bars/racks are all sticky. The side garage door has no deadbolt, and the garage door to the home is damaged. Didn’t feel very secure. There are a few easy things (cleaning and maintenance) that could increase the value.
