The host was very helpful,the house and pool was awesome!there where only 2 things that I would've liked different.the shower water didn't get the hottest and the air conditioner the lowest we could get it was 72 degrees but other wise I would definitely consider coming back!!!

Our stay was amazing- private back yard- host was very reachable- we were able to heat hot tub and pool to comfortable temp- house was clean- located close to everything you could need!!Would stay again if in the area

We loved our stay in Cape Coral! This property was spotless upon arrival, and offered ample entertainment for our whole group. We enjoyed the convenient location to downtown and Fort Myers Beach. Beautiful Home

Was a beautiful area and the house was very nice. One problem we had was the downstairs air conditioning was not working properly which made sleeping very difficult. Also would suggest a few more pots and pans.

Extremely disappointed

I have to say, this is my first negative review. The house looked beautiful in the photos. We were a group of 7 and used all the bedrooms. I’m going to start with upstairs:Large bdrm with 8’ wide bed has a huge dip that runs the width of the bed. You wake up stuck in it and aching all over. Totally unacceptable. No dresser. Just closet with shelves. Canopy bedroom: bed is extremely lumpy and feels like a blow up. Bathroom in hall had red sludge come out the shower. Downstairs:Tiny bdrm with trundle. No closet or dresser. Where does one put there clothes?Kitchen: knives rusted. 1 skillet for cooking. Large cast iron skillet, rusted.It was very difficult to cook for a large group with 1 skillet.Outdoors: bbq does not work properly. Left side almost no flame and right side uneven. Lid is wobbly.Not enough bath towels. Game room was fine.We have rented many VRBO’s. This house by far is the most lacking. Not worth the money. It needs some love and attention. Looks like it is for sale. Maybe that is the reason it is not being cared for. So disappointing. On a good note. Grocery store/drug store and a few restaurants in walking distance.

Family Weekend in Cape Coral

The house itself is large, beautiful and well decorated. However, there were some things that disappointed us during our stay. For one the Jacuzzi was broken, something we were looking forward to and we were not informed about it in advance. Secondly, the ice maker in the kitchen frig did not work. We also found a couple of small broken glass pieces in the patio, luckily before anyone got hurt. Lastly, the burglar/fire alarm was apparently faulty. It went off by itself one day although the system was not armed. We turned it off but still the Fire Deoartment came to the house and inspected the property. The fire inspector remembered coming to this house before for the same reason. The best feature of the property was a separate gym/game room which had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and exercise equipment. This made us enjoy our stay.

This house was perfect for our large family. Not too far from the beaches in the area and a great location for local stores and restaurants. One thing I was not sure about while booking was beach equipment. There is a ton of equipment in the garage and you are ableTo rent more if needed. Besides that, the description is pretty spot on.
