We were at the hotel for a weekend getaway. It was a busy weekend with a lot of families checking in. The hotel itself is beautiful as is the lobby. The front desk staff were great, friendly, quick to check us in and direct us to our room. The room was clean, tastefully decorated in a Cape Cod beach theme with touches of Jimmy Buffet memorabilia but not in your face style. Very clean. The shower floor is very slippery so we had to put a towel on the floor as not to slip. We did not eat there but had reservations elsewhere. The bar area looked good though. Upon our return from dinner we went back to our room to chill and noted that there was a lot of noise and children running up and down the corridor but as it was only 9:30 pm we just ignored it.There is no sound proofing at all so it sounds very loud. However by 10 pm and on the noise in the room next to ours became louder with children yelling, bouncing a ball of some kind, we could hear them knocking things over, foul language- we could bar every word. Then it seems the adults came back and From10 pm on. It never stopped. We called the front desk twice and by 1 AM We called and asked to change our room, which they did. We didn’t realize that this was going to be a party hotel but with a name like Margaritaville maybe we were wrong. Not that I have anything against having a good time but. It at the expense of other guests. Even after security asked them to be quiet, the screaming and yelling and F-bombs never stopped.

Very Nice place and very clean. Need another restaurant or different dinner options I believe. Finally another slide should be added for ages 4-8 because my daughter who is 6 was way to big for the kiddy slide but wasn't tall enough for the 48" slides

The check in was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had and the arcade had no staff all weekend you had to bring your ticket card to the mall down the st to turn in your tickets they definitely are not fully staffed at all and the gift shop had no staff just wasn’t the best

We stayed in room 6118. Super cute and spacious. Love the details. Although it was a long walk to the water park. I like how big the room was and very clean. The waterpark was nice my only complaint is the chlorine smell is so strong. My eyes were burning and i did not go into the water.

The firdt day we were there, Wednesday of Feb vacation, it wss obvious there were too many patrons and not nearly enough staff or supplies for the "resort" THIS IS NO RESORT!!!!! STOP IT! The first day the water oark was WAY TOO HOT, WAY TOO PACKED, NO TOWELS, literally not 1 towel available!!! All day! And no staff cleaning and replacing anything. The park closed by 6 pm. Not 10 as scheduled due to "sanitation" issues. The other half of my party demanded a refund and left altogether which was very disappointing. The next day thankfully it seemed that the hotel brought in more staff and less patrons, the air in the water park was actually breathable. Hot tub broken the whole time we were there. The desk staff told us to "return in the spring or summer" but i do not think we will.

Lack of people working at resort. We stayed 2 nights and only 2/4 waterslides worked. The indoor hot tub was closed both days. Our shower in the room was stained with a brown residue and we found a few kids toys from previous people so our rooms must have not been cleaned thoroughly. I just think it’s very overpriced for what you get
