Tolle Lage, herrliche Aussicht

Für 2 Personen eine ausreichende Ferienwohnung, wunderschön gelegen. Fussläufig alles erreichbar, allerdings geht es etwas bergauf, alternativ Treppensteigen in der Anlage. Wir waren im Oktober da, dann kann man die Terrasse wunderbar nutzen. Im Schlafzimmer ist es etwas eng, der Zugang zur Terrasse ist über das Schlzimmer. Dann ist etwas unpraktisch, wenn man alles von der Küche oben nach unten durchs Schlafzimmer , alternativ den Abstellraum, tragen muss für eine Mahlzeit draußen. Aber sonst alles super 😀

Super Urlaub

Ich hatte einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war super von der Aufteilung und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Cala Agulla war super schön. Man ist Fußfäufig innerhalb von paar Minuten in Cala Ratjada, wo viele Restaurants und Bars zu finden sind. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder! Kann ich nur empfehlen! Viele Grüße

L’adresse était imprécise (le nom de la résidence ne nous a pas été communiqué et le numéro introuvable) après plus d’une heure à tourner ds le quartier sous 40 degrés, et personne qui ne répondait à nos appels, nous avons téléphoné une dernière fois et enfin pu joindre quelqu’un. A l’arrivée, pas de produits douche etc. La vue est belle, la Clim marchait bien. Mais la terrasse est exposée plein sud, un four en été !

Gute Lage aber in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung

Leider machte der tolle Ausblick und die schöne Lage, die in die Jahre gekommene und abgewohnte Wohnung, auch nicht schöner! Die mehr als dreckigen und fleckigen Bettwaren, bezogen mit einer Kunststoff Bettwäsche und eine Matratze die nicht nur völlig verdreckt war, auf der man auch nicht schlafen konnte, machten leider die ersehnte Erholung kaputt. Wir genossen die Tage draußen und werden die Anlage wieder besuchen, nur in einer anderen Wohnung!

Außergewöhnliches Apartment auf 2 Ebenen

Wir haben uns mehr als 2 Wochen im Apartment aufgehalten und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem, was wir dort vorgefunden haben! Besonders interessant ist es, dass sich die Wohnung über 2 Ebenen erstreckt und auf beiden geschlafen werden kann. Die Betten und die Schlafcouch sind sehr gut. Das Apartment verfügt über eine sehr großzügige Terrasse, von der der Blick direkt auf die Cala Agulla und auf die Berge fällt. Die Klimaanlagen auf beiden Ebenen funktionieren tadellos - das war in diesem heißen Sommer besonders dringen notwendig. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr interessant geschnitten und liegt in einer Sackgasse. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer, Müllbehälter, in denen der getrennt gesammelte Abfall deponiert werden kann, finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und freundlich. Wir können das Gesamtpaket also wärmstens empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sie war sehr sauber, hat eine gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage mit einem phantastischen Blick auf die Bucht Cala Agulla! Auf der großen Terrasse lässt es sich schön entspannen und gemütliche Abende verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Der Blick ist traumhaft

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Blick vom Balkon traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist okay, aber nicht überragend. In den unteren Räumlichkeiten ist es sehr eng und man hat wenig Platz für Klamotten. Für eine Woche okay, aber für drei Wochen viel zu wenig Platz, zumal die Besitzer viel Schrankfläche als privat verschlossen und selbst genutzt haben. Allein vom recht kleinen Kleiderschrank sind ca. zwei Drittel für Gäste nicht zu nutzen. Der obere Raum ist theoretisch groß genug, wird aber durch einen viel zu großen Esstisch unnötig verengt, da die Wohnung eh maximal von zwei Personen genutzt werden kann. Leider wurde während unseres Urlaubs in der Wohnung eingebrochen, worauf hin wir mit anderen Anwohnern und Besitzern gesprochen haben. Diese bestätigten, dass in der Vergangenheit regelmäßig in verschiedenen Wohnungen der Anlage eingebrochen wurde. Uns passierte das während wir schliefen. Ein Paar aus einer Nachbarwohnung berichtete, dass sie sich nachts mit ihren Wertsachen im Schlafzimmer einschließen. Stellt man sich so Urlaub vor? Der Ort Cala Ratjada ist extrem rummelig und laut. Viele junge Gruppen die ausschließlich unangenehm laut Party machen, auch an den Stränden und in Hörweite der Anlage. Das muss man mögen. Ansonsten ist der Ort aber recht nett und bietet viel Abwechslung. Ordentliche Restaurants, drei Promenaden und jede Menge Natur drum herum. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war zunächst angenehm und unkompliziert. Probleme gab es später, da wir ein defektes und stark verrostetes Schloss an einer Außen-Lamellentür zur Terrasse monierten. Die Verwalterin sagte uns noch vor Ort, dass Sie sich kümmern werde, was sie aber in drei Wochen nicht tat. Die Vermieterin dementierte später, dass es überhaupt einen Schaden gäbe. Das war schon sehr befremdlich.

Wer es nicht scheut, den Hügel zur erklimmen, auf dem die Anlage steht, wird mit himmlischer Ruhe und einer tollen Aussicht von einer geräumigen Terrasse belohnt.
